Women’s History Month

Some of my most fulfilling work has been writing creative strategy and taglines for the Women’s Impact Network Women’s History Month celebrations in 2021 and 2022. I collaborated closely with the creative director and helped present work to the leadership team in charge of planning the events, as well as Starbucks executive leadership (including CEO Kevin Johnson).

Creative Strategy

This year’s Women’s History Month gives us five weeks of opportunities to. learn, to be inspired and to take action to lift each other up. To elevate, advocate and amplify marginalized voices. To come together around the belief that every woman’s success is critical to our collective success. With topics that cover intersectional feminism, incarceration, challenges of caregiving, suffrage, indigenous rights, and race and equity, this year’s programming brings us together through not only awareness but action. Because we are our future, and our future is together.

This Women's History Month, we're shining a light on the women who are flipping the script. ​Who, when they hear limiting stories, say: "This doesn't serve me. We can do better for ourselves​ and for each other." Because when we create safe, supportive environments and empower​ each other to write expansive new stories of hope, strength, ingenuity and kindness,​ we can evolve to build a world where everyone can thrive.
