Write, edit and proofread all forms of copy: articles, social content, websites, award submissions and case studies, being mindful of audience and brand voice.
Develop and oversee brand tone and voice guidelines for multiple clients and brands and master copy docs to ensure alignment and consistency across copy discipline.
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, brand and content strategists, data teams and media specialists to deliver smart, effective creative ideas that work.
Use data science and strategic insights to create more effective creative work that performs on KPIs and business objectives.
Train and mentor mid-level and junior creative team members, helping them develop their creative and strategic skills and performance.
Manage and prioritize within timelines for project milestones. Take personal responsibility for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted copy that adheres to client standards.
Assist with leading the copy discipline in internal and external client meetings. Help plan workflow for the discipline within the project group.
